💡 Payment schedule: Each phase is invoiced and paid upon completion — you pay at the end of Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 respectively. Phase 4 is invoiced monthly.

Scope

  • Paid media strategy, implementation & transition across Phases 1–4
  • Meta, Pinterest, and/or Google Ads (per selected platforms)
  • Coordination with Tiffani's SEO engagement throughout
  • Landing page optimization guidance (not implementation)

Assumptions

  • Website Phase 1 complete before campaigns launch
  • Ad account access granted for selected platforms
  • GA4 & Google Search Console configured
  • Client provides product photos & brand assets
  • Team available for Phase 3 training sessions

Not Included

  • Ad spend / media budget — paid directly to platforms
  • Creative production (photo, video)
  • Website development or product listing work
  • TikTok, YouTube (available as future add-on)

Revisions

Up to 2 rounds of revisions per phase included. Additional rounds billed at $75/hr.

Payment

Each phase is invoiced upon completion. Phase 4 is billed monthly. Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 7 business days written notice. Payment due for all work completed to date, calculated pro-rata at $75/hr.

🤝 This engagement is coordinated with Tiffani's SEO services. Both teams will align strategy to maximize your digital presence — one brand voice, two expert lanes.
Your typed name constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
